Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning and Maintenance
For a matt finish:
Sealer: We recommend sealing these tiles with LTP Mattstone Tile Sealer or LTP Boiled Linseed Oil (note that LTP Boiled Linseed OIl should not be used outdoors or in close contact with heat).
Cleaning and aftercare: To keep these tiles clean, we recommend LTP Waxwash. It contains a trace of linseed oil which will help to repair and maintain the sealer without altering the finish.
For a satin to gloss finish:
Sealer: We recommend sealing these tiles with LTP Glaze Protector. The glossiness slightly increases with every application, depending on the desired appearance and can be applied up to a maximum of 6 coats. It's for dry areas and internal use only. Cleaning and aftercare: Regularly use LTP Floorshine to increase the sheen and repair old worn sealer.

Hello, These are manufactured in Spain,
Hi Kevin Thank you for your query. Here is a link to the 15x15 Aragon red tile with a single round edge (bull nose) https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/aragon-terracotta-red-quarry-tiles-r-e-15x15-tiles Kind regards Walls and Floors
Hi John Generally, quarry tiles have very low porosity, but they are not 100% impervious. We, therefore, recommend in areas of heavy traffic, and wet or external areas, that they are given a coat of the LTP Mattstone Sealer to protect them without altering the appearance. A further coat after grouting will also seal the grout to help prevent discolouration: https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/ltp-cleaning-protecting-ltp-mattstone-tile-sealer-11256 Regards Walls And Floors
