Q & A
Hi Gill Thanks for your query. These tiles have a solid glaze on them and as such don't require any sealing. Kind regards Walls and Floors
Hi Charlotte, Yes, these are suitable for your fire hearth. Kind regards,
Hi Su These tiles are fine for use behind any type of hob, whether it be electric, induction or gas. They are ceramic which makes them naturally heat resistant to an extent, but usually, due to the position of the hob, there will be a gap of at least 6-8 inches from the direct heat source, which is plenty of room for the heat distribution to ventilate and not have an effect on the surface of the tile. If you wish to discuss your project in more detail or to arrange samples or a quotation, please call our Sales team on 01536 314730 or request a call-back via the link below, and they will be more than happy to help you. https://ideas.wallsandfloors.co.uk/request-a-callback Regards Walls And Floors
Hi Sarah These tiles are a glazed ceramic so fine for wet areas. Due to the undulating edges, you will need to ensure the grout is installed correctly to ensure there are no exposed tile edges. We would also advise sealing the grout with the LTP Grout & Tile Protector to aid cleaning and slow the process of long term discolouration: https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/ltp-cleaning-protecting-ltp-grout-tile-protector-sealer Regards Walls And Floors
