Hello Jill Thanks for your query. the coverage of each bag will vary depending on how thick of a bed you lay. As a guide 1 20kg bag will cover around 5sqm at a 3mm depth Kind regards Walls and Floors
Hi Leigh It will be fine for tiling onto levelling compound, but we do not recommend tiling onto painted surfaces. The paint should be stripped off and the surface beneath primed with a suitable SBR primer before applying cement-based adhesives.
