Hi Kirsty, We would not recommend it. These tiles do have not an anti-slip rating and may be slippery when wet. If you were to do so, it would be at your own risk. Kind Regards, Walls and Floors.

Hi Roy. The recommended grout line set by British Standards is 2mm for the wall and 3mm for the floor. If you wish to have a larger grout line, that is absolutely fine as long as they are no smaller than stated above. Kind Regards Walls and Floors

However, they would only really be suitable for the walls as they don't have an anti-slip surface and so aren't the most practical for floors.
