Description
Create a statement floor in your bathroom, kitchen, hallway or lounge with these striking Scintilla Silver Grey Star Pattern Tiles. They have a vintage monochrome design, with aged-effect black and white star-shaped patterns. Made from durable ceramic, these tiles have a matt finish with a grid scored into the surface, which you grout into. They're perfect for creating a vintage scheme in an interior space.

Grouting into the scored grid
These tiles have a grid scored into their surface. Once you grout these scored lines, each tile looks like four separate tiles. We recommend using 2mm tile spacers between tiles for a grout line consistent with the scored line. When it comes to which grout to use, it comes down to your own personal taste, but customers tend to use a mid grey colour from our Mapei Ultracolour Plus Tile Grout range.

Q & A
Hi Yvonne, Yes, you can use white grout, however, it will make the tiles stand out, as the tiles are off-white. Grout colour is usually a complete personal preference. Kind Regards, Walls and Floors.
Hello Jessica, Unfortunately, this tile does not have an R rating, please see the below link for more information regarding slip-rated tiles, https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/i/anti-slip-grading
Hi Jodie Thanks for your query. If installed correctly these tiles are fine for that type of project. Kind regards Walls and Floors
Hi Antonia Thank you for your query. There are so many options that can be used with the Scintilla tiles. If you can contact the sales team advising if you want matt, gloss, small, large, plain or patterned tiles for the walls we can help to narrow down some options for you. sales@wallsandfloors.co.uk Kind regards Walls and Floors
Hello Joan, Thank you for your query, Apologises but we do not stock a tile called Heritage Star White Tiles? We would recommend ordering a sample before placing a main order, therefore to be certain if you have seen this tile else where the best idea would be to order a sample from both to compare, Kind Regards Walls and Floors
Hi Lesley Thanks for your query. So long as the tiles are fitted correctly there is no reason for them not to be used on a wall. Please note the walls should be tanked as per British Standards and a cementitious adhesive (not ready mixed) should be used. Kind regards Walls and Floors
Hi Cheryl Thanks for your query. Yes, these tiles are perfectly suitable for use in this area. We would recommend that they are fitted using a cement-based, flexible adhesive such as the below: https://ww2.wallsandfloors.co.uk/anti-slip-tiles/toolshed-tile-adhesive-kwik-flex-grey-floor-tile-adhesive Kind Regards Walls and Floors
