How many tiles come in a box? I want to buy some spares so I'd like to go with one box. Was it 5 tiles? Our Advice

Hi Javier Yes that is correct, there are 5 tiles per box. Kind Regards, Walls and Floors

Hi - can these be used behind a log burner? Our Advice

Hi Marie Yes, these tiles can be used around a log burner, we recommend they are fitted at least 6 inches from the heat source and with a flexible, cement-based adhesive like the one below: https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/toolshed-tile-adhesive-kwik-flex-grey-floor-tile-adhesive?_br_psugg_q=kwik%20flex Kind Regards Walls and Floors

Do the tiles need sealing and if yes what would you recommend? Our Advice

Hi Zoe These are a glazed ceramic tile so they do not require any sealing or specific maintenance. Kind Regards Walls and Floors

Can these be used as shower tiles? Our Advice

Hey Kit, These can be used in a shower as they are ceramic and not porous. However, I wouldn't recommend using them on the floor of a shower in place of a shower-tray as they do not have an anti-slip rating.

How big is one tile? Our Advice

Hi Ellie One full tile is 450x450mm. It is scored down the centre and across the middle, you would also grout the ore lines so once laid would appear as 4 smaller tiles at approximately 225x225mm. kind Regards Walls and Floors

Hi! Thinking of using these for a shower enclosure walls. We have a sample. What is the best way to cut these tiles? (Concerned the scored grout lines will not allow a score and snap tile cutter to work well. Plus they are thick!)Our Advice

Hi James With these being a 10mm this tile, we would recommend cutting them with an angle grinder or a wet cutter to get the best result. Kind Regards Walls and Floors

Hi are these suitable for tiling an exterior porch. Sheltered but not fully enclosed. Would we need to use a particular sealant. ThanksOur Advice

Hi Ellie These tiles are a matt finish so will have some slip resistance however we wouldn't be able to advise how safe they would be if they got wet, this would depend on your porch area and how wet it would get when it rains. Kind Regards Walls and Floors
